1: Renovation Project
10 years after the launch of our new service in 2015, we will begin renovating our facilities and equipment. We will also be renovating our services and programs, including fitness, cafes, and massages.
Every Sunday from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, I run with my children at Benchasiri Park, which is next to the Emporium Department Store on Sukhumvit 24. I enjoy participating in marathons with my family.
