8月限定で親子イベントクラスを開催させていただきます🍀

＼アニマルエクササイズ✖ランチ／イベントを行います！

エクササイズ+ヨガで子供は自由に動物に変身し、大人は楽しく脂肪燃焼！

運動を通して親子のスキンシップ時間にもなります。

エクササイズ後はNoah Cafe特製ホットドックセットを食べて

エネルギーチャージ！

ランチタイムご参加については自由です。

※ランチは事前予約100Bでご準備いたします。

皆様のご参加を心よりお待ちしております。
